BIM Chairman, Hjh. Ungku Anna bt. Hj. Ungku Mohamed visited the Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia (PAM) on Tuesday, 5 October 2004. Among issues discussed were the following:
To support and attend on the soft launch ceremony of the BIM-Kurnia Insurans Business
To enlightened the policy matter on the Professional Indemnity
To head a discussion on multidisciplinary professions and as mediators among members. e.g Project Management: The duty and commitment of professionals and the issue of negligence.
To push forward and resolve collectively the service tax issue with the government where the professional suffers as a collecting agent to the government under the new rule.
To rescind the resolution with the affected professions and institutions on the proposal Amendment to the Property Valuers and estate Agent Act.
