Datuk Hj. Mohd Isahak bin Mohd Yusof (1981-1989)
A quantity surveyor by profession. He qualified from the Western Australian Institute of Technology which is now known as Curtin University. He is currently chairman/Managing Director of Pakatan International Md. Isahak dan Rakan-Rakan Sdn.Bhd. and Pakatan International Franklin & Isahak Sdn. Bhd. A keen social worker, he has been active in a numbers of organisations. During his tenure of office in BIM he did several projects for the Centre. After the land in Jalan Pahang, Kuala Lumpur, ear-marked for BIM headquarters, was taken back by government, he negotiated for a piece of land at Bandar Tun Razak as an exchange for the land in Jalan Pahang. He was Chairman of the Bandar Tun Razak Land Development Sub-Committee between 1981 and 1982. Before being elected Chairman of BIM. He was also the Deputy Chairman from 1980 to 1981. He was chairman for eight years during which time he initiated BIM magazine known as "The Professional-Ikhtisas" in 1984. He is also Past Chairman of the Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (ISM).
