The membership of the Center shall be restricted to registered national professional association.

All applications for membership of the Center shall be made in writing to the Board of Management as herein after defined and who
shall determine the applicant's eligibility and whose decision shall be final.

The subscription shall be at the rate of RM3.00 per annum per voting member of the organization up to a maximum of RM1,500.00 payable by all Member Organizations. All Member Organizations shall inform the Board of Management their membership strength as on December 31 of the preceding year and the membership dues will be based on this figure. Such dues shall become payable on the first of April.
